SWR lite designed for small and medium-sized companies which have their own departments with Recruitment Specialists. The product offers a great number of benefits. In a simple and clear way it systematizes and facilitates the work of recruitment and HR departments. With the use of this tool the recruitment process is conducted smoothly, with no glitches and none of the candidates is omitted because with this application you can control and coordinate every stage of the recruitment process.
The program has two modules: administration and customer (user).
Administration module offers:
- simple management of people working in the recruitment/HR department (functions: works/doesn’t work, position, grouping, substitution for absentees)
- defining access to the program (access restriction or denial)
- defining companies and contact persons in those companies
- development of candidate databases
- management of recruitment profiles (creating profiles, status: active/inactive, assigning profiles to appropriate company and/or sales person)
- configuring customer (user) program
